Wanting a custom toy? Here is the breakdown on how to use our new system, so you can be sure you’re getting the exact toy you’re looking for!

There are two different means of ordering a custom toy; ordering directly from our (Buy Now) section, or, ordering directly from the relative (Character Page). With our new system, you're able to customize your new toy from either of those locations.

If you want to see the available customizations you can choose for your new toy, select "Custom [+$30]" for the coloration option. Customs start with a $30 surcharge due to the additional time and attention to detail required during the pour.

Add Ons and Pricing:
Additional pricing varies depending on pour style selected, colors selected (premium colors are an additional cost) and if any other add-on is selected (like attachment holes / suction cups / lube tubes).

Selecting "Custom [+$30]" for color:
This is where you choose your pour style and premium colors if you wanted something a little more fancy and of course any additional Custom Add-ons you wish to add will change the price accordingly. Certain models and sizes will have specific pour styles available to them. If you do not see a pour style, or a feature available on a model or size you have selected, this means that option is not possible for that model, or that size.

Manufacturing Time:
Our goal is to ensure every custom order is made accurately, promptly, and at that artisanal quality All Night Toys is known for. To ensure we meet these goals, and create a toy that is to your expectation, we give a blanket manufacturing time of around time of 2-3 weeks. Typically we’re able to finish and ship your order much sooner, but we do not want to sour expectations if your toy needs a bit more time to make just right. All wait times / manufacturing times given are just an estimate, never a guarantee, and are subject to change (especially during holiday seasons). Custom Colorations:
We strive to create an experience that meets expectations, which is why we offer in-depth customizable options for your custom order. However, there is a level of variance that can occur with colors, styles, models, etc, despite us trying our best to capture the exact look you want. We will do our best to inform you of any concerns or recommendations based on your request, but please understand that we do allow variance in our custom toys.

Before getting started with configuration, you want to be sure you pick the right size! Otherwise, that fantasy / experience you’re looking for might be bigger, or smaller, than expected.

Head over to the "Meet Our Characters" page and get familiar with the model and the sizes of the model that you're interested in. Click on “Dimensions in Inches” or “Dimensions in Centimeters” to view the dimensions of the model you're currently viewing.

Once you know which model and size you want, you can either purchase your new toy directly from the character page you're viewing the model on, or you can head over to the "Buy Now" page and select the character from the drop down which will load the same options visible during ordering from the character page.

Select the character, size, then select your firmness!

Firmness:
There are 3 firmnesses we currently offer for dildos. The default is Soft Firmness, there is no additional cost for Soft. If you would like either Ultra Soft, or Medium, there will be an additional cost reflected while you configure your toy. Firm is no longer available for dildos. We will bring this firmness back at a later time with a new formula

Ultra Soft (00-20 on the ShoreOO scale)

Soft (00-30 on the ShoreOO scale)

Medium (00-50 on the ShoreOO scale)

Firm (A10 on the ShoreA scale) (Not currently available)

We will always recommend either Soft or Medium firmness for most models and sizes.

Attachment Hole:

What is an attachment hole?
Attachment holes are holes placed in the butt of the toy, designed to allow the toy to be used with vac-u-lock style adapters. Whether that is a harness, a suction cup base, or a VUL adapter to a fucking machine. If you choose yes, your toy will certainly come with an attachment hole!

We do not offer Attachment Holes for Small or Medium sized dildos.

All toys ordered with "[Custom +$30]" selected for their color from either the character page, or the buy-now page, will immediately begin the custom configuration process utilizing our new toy designer.

Each model will have it's own options made available to them. This means if there is a pour style that you want, but you do not see it for the model you have selected. That pour style is not applicable to the model you have selected and is unfortunately not available.

Color swatches are now available on the new color gallery. You can access the color gallery here, or find it on the buy-now page, or on each character page.


Solid Colors:
If you selected custom for your color, you can choose "solid color" from the pour style 1 option, and choose any non-premium color for no additional charge.

If you want one of our premium colors, please be aware that there is an additional charge due to how expensive they are. All you have to do is select one of the premium colors from a color select drop-down and you will receive that color!

Pour Styles:
We understand some of you will want something a little more custom, more personalized.

If you would like a special coloration and pour style, just be sure you selected "[Custom +$30]" for the color. From there, you will be presented with various pour styles you can select for the model of toy you're configuring

Please note: Not every model has every pour style available to it. If you do not see a specific pour style that you want for a specific model/character, this means that pour style is not available for that model/character.

Configure your toy, select your pour style, select your colors and make sure you check the box confirming your configuration or else you will not be able to add it to your cart.

Adding GITD to Colors:
If you would like a color you selected to glow in the dark, please select the "Add GITD:(Optional)" button. You will then be able to add text for which color you wanted glow, and please be sure to advise what color glow you wanted.

Custom Natural Coloration:
If you select custom for color, then select "Natural Coloration" for your pour style 1 selection. You will be able to choose different colors for the Natural Coloration pour.

If you select a GITD color for a primary color selection, it will be likely be a clear color that glows (unless you ordered "Pink with Pink Glow", or "Yellow with Green Glow"

Pour Style 2:
If you want a cum drip, or a drizzle by itself. Please make sure you select "Solid Color" for pour style 1, you will then be able to add a cum drip or drizzle to that solid color. You can also add it to applicable pour style 1 options. Some options will not be able to have a cum drip, or a drizzle.

Once you check out, payment is processed and you receive an email from us confirming your order. You’re good! Just kick back, relax, and we will be hard at work in making your custom toy and shipping it promptly over to you!

If you don't see the pour style you were hoping for listed, that means we unfortunately do not currently offer it.

Cancellations: Want to cancel your order? No problem! Cancellations made within 48 hours, or prior to order fulfillment (whichever comes first) will always be honored.

Cancellations made after 48 hours or after order fulfillment, may be subject to a restocking fee of 40% of the cost of the order if manufacturing has already started.

Changes to Your Order:
Small changes can be made to your order within 24 hours after placing your order. Major changes to your order will no longer be possible. If you mis-ordered and wanted something else entirely like a different model, or different size or even a different coloration. We will have to cancel your order and you will have to re-order. Please be sure to confirm all details of your configuration before completing checkout.

Refunds & Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Make sure to thoroughly inspect your toy before taking it out of its sealed packaging. If you notice that we've made a mistake with your order, there is an issue with your order, or you've received the wrong package, reach out to us within 72 hours after receiving your order via e-mail and let us know!

We will absolutely work with you on correcting the issue at hand. If we are contacted after 72 hours of you receiving your order, we may not be able to honor a refund or correction.

Special Instructions for Seller:
This field is visible during checkout, and is meant to add any additional notes regarding your order. Examples would be if this is a gift and you want the packing slip withheld. Or, you have other packaging related requests. Or if you ordered a pack of mini-meats, but want specific mini-meats. This field is no longer user for coloration related order requests.

Experimental Pours:
We no longer offer experimental pours. Only options available during configuration are options we are willing to pour. At the beginning of 2027, all experimental pour information will be removed from the website.
