Unfortunately, due to the nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns for ANY of our toys once they have been delivered.

In the case of refunds. If there is a defect or if we made an error on your order (meaning you received the wrong package, or there is a configuration error on your toy), please reach out to us immediately through our support page here , or you can contact us via e-mail (support@allnighttoys.com) and we will do out best to take care of the issue.

One of the more common mistakes that customers make is placing an order for a toy that is either too big, or too small. Please be sure to pay close attention to the dimensions of the toy you're ordering as we do not honor refunds at all for orders where the toy's size was misjudged.

Buy Now/Custom Orders: Buy now are standardized or custom configurations available to specific models. Like Natural Coloration or custom configurations, or even just black.

They are "Made-To-Order", which means the product isn't manufactured until after you order. This means there will be an additional wait time (manufacturing time), before your order is fulfilled and shipped.

When you select Custom for your coloration on a "Buy Now" toy, you agree to pay the $30 surcharge to start the custom ordering process. There will be special pour styles made available for you to select from and only specific pour styles will be available on specific models as we ensured they will work for that model you wanted. Different pour styles, and premium colors will have their own pricing.

In-Stock: In stock are products are "Ready-Made" which means they are ready to ship. In stock items that are available will ship same or next day, for the exception of holidays and instances where we are out of office.

Photos of in-stock items are generally accurate to the product listing unless notated otherwise. The price of the in-stock products are as-listed.

Flops: Flops are products that are "Ready-Made" but have been discounted due to imperfections being found on that product after the manufacturing process. These items will still be shipped same or next day. These products also generally have the biggest discounts in our store!

If you received an order, please be sure to thoroughly inspect your new toy before removing it from the sealed packaging. If you notice an issue with your toy, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery of your toy and we will resolve any issues as the toy may be subject to a full refund, a partial refund or a replacement.

We will only honor items that are defective or if we made an error on your order.

Absolutely! All of our items will be packaged in plain brown boxes, labeled from A.N.T. LLC. However, inside the box is when the fun starts!

For items that are currently in stock (not custom), we will generally ship same or next day after you order! There are some rare exceptions to this rule. On holidays or days where we are OOO, your ready-made order will be shipped as soon as possible.

For custom order that are "Made-to-Order", it may take 1-2 weeks of manufacturing time before order fulfillment, depending on our manufacturing queue. Once your custom has been manufactured and fulfilled, it will ship the following day.

We will only ship with USPS and UPS with domestic orders. However, for international orders, we are now shipping with only DHL.

All toys are immediately packaged after visually confirming the toy has not flopped and passes QC, thus not requiring sanitation. We recommend to give it a thorough hand washing with preferred dish soap upon delivery. We use Dawn dish soap, and recommend you use that as well (or equivalent if international).

The default pour all of our toys is in Soft Firmness (00-30 on the ShoreOO scale).

For "Buy-Now" or Made-to-order toys, you have the ability to choose your firmness.

We offer:
- Hyper Soft (00-10) (Strokers only!)
- Ultra Soft (00-20)
- Soft (00-30)
- Medium Firmness (00-50)

We once offered Firm, but we are currently no longer offering "Firm" firmness for our toys. We will bring it back at a later date, with a different firmness level.

Unfortunately, if the pour style you're looking for does not show up for the model you selected, that means that pour style is not currently offered on that model.

Attachment holes are holes placed in the butt of the toy, designed to allow the toy to be used with vac-u-lock style adapters.

These are not offered in Small or Medium sizes and start in Large and bigger. If you see a listing that is Small or Medium but it says it has an attachment hole, please reach out to let us know.

Not all Large and bigger listings have Attachment Holes, please confirm in the listing details that it does before ordering.

Before using the attachment hole with various third-party attachments, be sure to use with a little bit of lube or dish soap, then slowly slide the toy down your attachment.

Once done, carefully lift and wiggle up your toy. Be sure to rinse out the attachment hole, then set the toy on it's side on a towel to let the hole dry.

Lube tubes are a newer feature we're slowly adding over time to models we have where applicable.

Lube tubes allow you to connect a syringe, or a lube pump of your choosing, to a silicone tube that is running through the shaft of your toy. This allows you to deliver lube through the toy and into your hole ;)

Currently, you can only buy a Lube Tube toy by ordering a LEGENDARY size Man Bear Pig.

We're currently working on bringing Lube Tubes to all of Man Bear Pig sizes. Then, we will start from our oldest model to our newest model, to bring Lube Tube availability!

Caring for you lube tube toy is very important!

First! Do not tug, yank, or pull on your lube tube from the toy. They're not indestructible and you can absolutely pull it out if you try. Once you pull them out of the toy, they will never be able to be re-inserted or properly fixed. You want to be as gentle as possible with the lube tube to ensure it lives a long life without issue!

If you do manage to pull a tube out, you can fix it by buying silicone-glue from smooth-on, however, it will never be the same again and will likely frequently come out.

In regards to general maintenance. We recommending you clean out the tube after every use, even if you don't run lube through it. You can do this by using the syringe with hot water, your lube pump with hot water, or even your shower shot with hot water. Run the hot water through the tube until there is no longer any lubricant coming out of the other side. Be careful with high pressure that is forced through the tube. This may cause you to blow the tube out of the toy if it's loose.

We highly recommend any water based lube. However, if you want the most slick, most bang for your buck lube, we highly recommend K-Lube or X-Lube! You can also use others like J-Lube.

Other water based lubes may be good as well for smaller sizes. But, once you're in Large and above sizes, we definitely recommend a powder lube.

We recommend against J-Lube for vaginal play.
