Order processing times are determined by the order type.

There is no order processing on Sunday.

In-Stock Orders - If you order an item that is in-stock and ready-made, order processing takes place within 48 hours. Fulfillment and shipment is generally same or next day for inventory that is in-stock.

Custom Orders - If you order a custom item, your order will process within 7-14 business days. However, we will always try to process these orders as quickly as possible.

General Processing Time -
Monday-Saturday 8am PST - 4pm PST

Processing times during the weekend or during holidays may vary.

We will generally still process orders on Saturday but never Sunday. However, on legal holidays, your order will generally be processed on the following business day. Occasionally, up to 48 hours after a previous legal holiday.

Handling:
- All of our products are immediately packaged after performing QC. We advise our products be washed with dish soap upon delivery.

- All of our products for the exception of the included freebies in your package are sealed in heat shrink bags.

Packaging:
- All of our dildo orders will be sent out with additional freebies. You will get a mini meat, as well as a mini-squishy if available. You will also get a care sheet, with a dildo purchase, if available.

- All packaging, including packaging for our smaller items sent in bubble mailers (Mini Meats, or full-sized Squishies), will come with a round logo sticker, and business cards, if available.

- All packages sent in boxes (usually dildo orders, or larger Mini Meat/Squishy orders), will have air pillows, and will be wrapped in black tissue paper with the packing slip included.

Handling Fee- There is an additional handling fee of 3% of the cost of the order on all orders. This assists in supporting the shop with shipping supplies.

- Orders can be shipped via USPS or UPS. We do not offer shipping with other carriers outside of those listed at this time.

- If your order is marked undeliverable or has been returned to us at fault of the carrier, we will cover re-shipment one time. If your order is marked as undeliverable or returned multiple times. We will reach out to you directly via e-mail to solve the issue.

- Please confirm your address before completing your purchase. Addresses entered incorrectly will unfortunately result in a lost package and we are not responsible. If you notice you entered your address incorrectly directly after checking out, please contact us via e-mail (support@allnighttoys.com) immediately so we can update your address. If package has already shipped to an incorrect address, unfortunately there is no way for us to honor this mistake.

- If your package has shipped, and tracking shows delivered but the package did not arrive at the requested address, we will confirm we shipped to the address listed on your order. If confirmed we made a mistake and shipped to the wrong address, we will re-make and re-ship your entire order. If we confirm we shipped to the correct address listed on your order, unfortunately your package is lost and we cannot honor a re-ship.

- Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2 weeks after the package has been shipped. All domestic orders will be trackable via USPS/UPS tracking.

- If you suspect your package is lost, or tracking hasn't moved in 7 days after showing it is on it's way to you. Please reach out to us via e-mail (support@allnighttoys.com) for assistance so we can submit a USPS/UPS missing package notice and attempt to locate your package.

- Orders will be shipped via DHL. We do not offer shipping internationally with other carriers outside of DHL at this time.

- The description of contents for international orders will always be labeled as "Silicone Sculpture(s)".

Additional VAT / Taxes / Duties:
- Any applicable duties, taxes, and VAT are calculated at checkout and included in your shipping total. We remit these directly to DHL on your behalf, so in most cases you won't owe anything further when your package arrives.

- If you are asked to pay additional duties or taxes on delivery, please e-mail us at support@allnighttoys.com with a photo or copy of the charge and we'll help resolve it.

Missing or Lost Packages:
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but it hasn't arrived, reach out and we'll verify the address we shipped to against the one on your order.

- If we shipped to the wrong address, we'll remake and reship your entire order at no cost to you. If the package was sent to the address you provided at checkout, we're unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or reship.

- Once a carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, the package is outside our control. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Returned Packages:
- International packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or refused at delivery are not eligible for a free reshipment.

- If your package is returned, or you suspect a problem with your shipment, please email us right away at support@allnighttoys.com so we can go over your options.

Weather events, carrier backlogs, and customs holds can occasionally slow a package down, on both domestic and international orders. Most delays resolve on their own, so there's usually no need to worry.

If your tracking hasn't updated or your package seems held up, contact us at support@allnighttoys.com. We'll open an inquiry with the carrier, work to find out what's causing the holdup, and email you as soon as we have answers.

We believe in being upfront about any issue that comes up, and we'll stay on it with you until your package is sorted out.
